Ice??????
I am sitting in Las Vegas and it is around 113 degrees ABOVE zero today and I dream of getting 6 inches of good ice beneath me and some fish on the graph to keep my adrenaline levels cranking and waiting to set the hook on another coldwater treasure.
But that is just wishing and I think I have some time to work on my gear and prep for that time when the wind shifts and the weather provides us with another hardwater season to enjoy.
For the last couple of years our nation has gone through some significant changes and so has 20 Below. The economy forced me to take a different career path for a while, lots of folks have suffered tremendously from the downturn, and those of us trying to hang onto a dream have had to adjust our expectations.
The company we were partnered with to provide our scent (Aqua-Scent) has unfortunately been unable to survive the economic troubles and has gone out of business. We will no longer be able to provide the scent products with our units. We will continue to pursue a solution but for the time being we will have to rely on the flash and vibration to do the job for us. I personally have used the unit without scent with great success. I will be looking into other options and I highly recommend that you experiment to find the best solution for your situation.
